Located just outside the capital city, Lelydorp is a quiet and green area in Wanica, known for its relaxed pace and proximity to both nature and urban convenience. At the moment were in the proces of developing these plots together with Engineering by Dutch.

In one of the most desirable areas of the capital, this 620m² property sits in a vibrant and safe neighborhood. Once completed, it will offer easy access to Paramaribo’s cultural landmarks, restaurants, and shops, while still maintaining a sense of privacy and calm.
